General Jest Of It

We're more of the love, blood and rhetoric school. Well, we can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see.

• Writing methods Most preferred is play over email with a certain amount of AIM being thrown in if that is okay by my writing partner. Threading is possible and enjoyed I just get overwhelmed if I have too many journals and start tagging from the wrong one, so threading from this journal might be best, or an existing one.


• I swing which way? I like slash, I am better at it, I am more interested in it find it more dynamic --and lets face it, RP is generally a sausage fest. I don't mind play against girls or het spin off het lines if they help farther the plot but mostly slash by a far margin


• How long can I go and how do I do it? Third person past or present tense, my scene starts/the beginning of scenes can have multiple paragraph responses but as I go I get shorter usually bouncing between one good sized paragraph to two or three smaller. I don't mind typos, I make them, its a habit of typing too fast, but have a general command of the English language please.


• How much history is in historical (and other related endeavors)? No one is a walking encyclopedia and if they were, they probably wouldn't be rping, but I expect a certain amount of basic knowledge about things we're playing, I don't care if we don't know how ancient Roman's wore their hair, but would care if they suddenly started using 2011 slang terms. Same goes for fandoms/myth, if you read it, saw it, or watched the seasons up to where we want to play, that's fine! But don't just have seen one episode and googled it.


• And who the hell are you? I am of legal age, and a grad student that also works full time, which is a nice ay of saying I am over worked, underpaid, and my internet time varies, I usually clock a couple hours every night though because computer time beats sleep in the end.
